Publications
Over the years, we strove to have the outstanding works - in words or in drawings - of our students published. The purpose of doing so is to recognize their attributes and achievements, and to encourage them to pursue their interests and goals. We welcome positive ideas and feedback from everyone interested in helping us to promote works for publishing in the forms of traditional hard copy or digital media.
2012
Culture spoken through the drawing of a child. A booklet showcasing the child arts through the ‘written depiction’ about the concepts of Chinese cultures. The idea of arts promoting cognitive development of children is being put to the test.
2015
A pictorial work of our student who showed a vested interest in photography. His relocation in Vancouver from China for study prompted him to seek his identity through the lens of the camera, venturing with it around his new surrounding, capturing the people, the building and the natural scenery. He successfully accomplished this endeavour with much satisfaction and was able to have a better grasp of his life position as he progressed along his pathway towards university.
